  the type of room you may choose.

  by telephone or e-mail.  You     can be assured if writing to us via e-mail you
  will receive a very prompt same day (time differences permitting)
  response.  Most messages are actually replied to within a few hours of receipt.

  A guide for our rates is given below but again we would emphasise these are
  guide rates only and do not show     any Special Offers or Promotions that may
  be running.  You are strongly recommended to contact us to find out
  our   rates for the exact time of your proposed visit.
